Interpoker & Sunpoker RB? - Already played at sister casinos

I really enjoy playing at the Cryptos but was wondering chance of getting additional rakeback with bonuses given the following facts.
(1) Interpoker - I clear the $100 bonus at Intercasino every month playing blackjack. As an alternative, during one month only I cleared it at Interpoker, so account already exists.

First question: Are playing for bonuses barred after clearing in the casino? If not, is a rakeback deal out of the question given I already have an account?

(2) Sunpoker -Never created an account but have played and cleared a sign on bonus at Omni Casino about 10 months ago. This is a possible alternative to Interpoker.

(3) William Hill - Have a current account and clear the monthly reloads both in casino and poker play. I understand rakeback deals are offered from Will Hill.

Preference if possible is Interpoker due to excellent bonus structure.

Stakes are FL 1-2 and 2-4.

Any advice and direction is appreciated. I am an experienced bonus whore but have never had a rakeback deal.
