Re: continuation-bluffing a flop donkbet 3-way
This is a standard play for me unless the person behind you is a total donk, calling station who will call with 33 here. I think his silly donk bet and the guy behind you actually makes you look very very very strong if anyone is paying attention.

Not good without reads. Average villain probably has a pocket pair and will call you down no matter how many bets you put in.

Re: continuation-bluffing a flop donkbet 3-way
BB has a pair less than a 7. I dunno if he folds it to a raise, but that's what he has, so act accordingly.
Oh, and consider calling and raising any whiffed turn higher than a 7. |

Standard for me as well. I'd like SB out of this pot and the raise can often take it down. A donk of less than 1/3 pot is often just BS to slow you down.

Re: continuation-bluffing a flop donkbet 3-way
I wouldn't do it on this board to often. There are two kinds of donk bettors. The ones that have a real hand and try to trap you with a bet that seems very weak. This might be such a situation because there's no draw out there. He may have an overpair or something like A7. The other ones donkbet instead of checking, they like to bet a little when they are drawing to straights or flushes. In that case, your reraise would be great. Without a read, I guess you face the first one with a made hand because the board contains no draws.

Re: continuation-bluffing a flop donkbet 3-way
Seems like a pretty standard move to me. Although with some players I won't, 90% of the time I'll raise it here.
Seems like the 3way action doesn't mean that much, since u've got a 100% lock-on read if the SB calls you. Pretty much the same stuff as a HU-flop here. Being 2nd to act with just the donkbet from the 1st to act makes it a whole other scenario. I'll prob fold and find a better spot to get my cash in. |

Re: continuation-bluffing a flop donkbet 3-way
Dont like this, you represent nothing and he's bound to look you up light (small PPs as well as aces/overs you beat) so you'll end up having to bet again or call something on the river with ace high not knowing where you stand. Yuck. Id much rather just call here, spike my ace and showdown 3way (unless I got some real heat in which case id be happy to muck it).

I only do this when I have seen that there is regular donk betting at the table and the pots are often taken down that way.
