can we ever fold this hand?

so this is a pretty basic hand. I'm in the small blind with a very reasonable hand. I complete and hit an open ended str8 draw.
Now I have two questions.
#1 Would you have played this hand another way. If so how.
#2 is the river an automatic call?

River is easy call. If he has the flush, oh well. He could easily have T6, just the 6, two pair, 77, etc.

I probably keep betting on the turn, and I am going to give a lot of consideration to raising the river.

I think river is closer to a reraise than a call. Villian is probably more likely to have a 6 or two pair than a flush.

I think you can raise pf, just to mix things up. River is an easy call (maybe even a raise). Some people suggested raising the turn. I don't think its good. The pot is small (clearing your overs is not worth as much), and I don't think they will both fold.

Easy Call. Like some other's have said, I think I seriously consider 3 betting the river.
