Default Do you call two bets with 54s?

Lately I've been loosening up and calling two bets with 54s. However, I only do this when there's at least one cold caller before me and I know the hand will end up being four handed or more. Is this a pre-flop leak?

Maybe I shouldn't have two questions in the same post Yes to the call or yes to the leak?

I would say, yes it is a leak.

I'm sure with some suited connectors, calling two cold under those conditions wouldn't be a leak.

AKs it probably isn't and 54s it is, somewhere inbetween is the breakeven point, and it probably varies from game to game.

depends on who's raising(not really; i don't really do it).

does a situation inwhich you have 45s and you are facing two cold come up often?

I typically would not cold call 54s in any position unless I was sure that it would end up at least 5-6 handed.

Depends on the table of course, but my standard play is to call one bet in position (button or one off), if there are at least 4 people in the pot. (I usually play 4/8 Kill or 8/16 so 4 people to a pot is pretty normal.)

Depending on the table, if there has been no opening raise I'll put in the first raise with a hand like 45s/56s in position as well.
