No, I think your flop bet looks pretty weak. I put the villain on about an AK,AQ,AA-10's.

It is not a great flop but not a bad one either. Unfortunately Stack Sizes are bit awkward here but you definately should have raise more on the flop. It is entirely possible he just called you raise with AA preflop and I think it's a solid play OOP. But the times he puts you on the continuation bet and comes over the top with ATC's is too often look him up.

folding here getting over 2to1 is fundamentally bad imo.

No way you can fold here unless you feel that QQ+, Sets, and 2 pair hands make up a very large percentage of his range.

How long have you been at the table? If he's seen you 3 bet alot in position/c-bet alot of flops the call gets even easier.
