Beginners forum - new sticky time

I don't know who mods the beginners' forum.

I made a very long post last month that covers a lot of basic questions asked by beginners. Every second beginner's thread I read can be answered by this thread (notably bankroll management, moving up limits, and especially rakeback/bonus).

Please have a look through my post & the comments, I think we can reduce a lot of the repetitiveness of the beginner's forum by updating the 2-year old sticky.

Bottom left of every forum's posts page, in "Extra Information", shows the mods.
