There is only one way to get out:

You tell her calmly and directly that you have feelings for her that extend beyond friendship and that you want to take the relationship to the "next level." Then you tell her that you cannot see each other AT ALL unless it is as a couple/dating/whatev -- that you will not be friends with her!

If she says ok, you are no longer in the friend zone. If she say no way, then you end the friendship and ipso facto you are no longer in the friend zone.

BUT, you have to quit communicating with her all together or else you will be back in the zone. Otherwise it is likely that she will come back to you seeking a relationship once she realizes how much she misses you.
