NETELLER - wtf? (terrible service)
so i go to login to my neteller account this morn after cashing out US $600 from full tilt last night. Get some bizarre msg that my neteller account has been closed. WTF? no notice, no reason, just closed. They site refers to me a number in Aust for assistance. I try it 5 times, using variations on the number as well, nothing. Number does not connect. I try their north american number, nothing. Connects to automated service which directs me to "select option 2 for security inquiries" and then just diconnects me. I try livechat, nothing "livechat currently not available". I try email, 2 hours later, still waiting. Not even an acknowledgement it has been received.
What the heck is going on. I thought neteller were a big operation not some little 2 bit gig that could pack up and run. If they are having technical difficulties, they could say so. This is utterly deplorable and the worst possible customer service imaginable. Once i get this fiasco sorted, first thing i am doing is looking for a new payments processor. Ridiculous.
