This episode was [censored] awesome. Season 2 was sort of lackluster until this point. Looking forward to the rest of the season.

Poor Eirene. That really sucked. But at least we get a pissed off Pullo for the rest of the season. Loved how he handled Memmio.

Can't believe there's only two episodes left.

I agree this was a great episode. probably the best of the season.

octavian and the "i'm going to beat you sometimes" speech was funny and awkward.

I kind of wish we had more time for Agrippa. And I get the feeling we're not done with Timon yet? honestly if we are they wasted way too much time on that character.

the Antony/centurion standoff scene was great for some reason. also cleopatra is now the hottest chick still alive on the show (now that eirene is gone).

did anyone else get a sinking feeling that pullo wasn't going to survive that fight on the Aventine?

If pullo died in that fight I would hate the show. That episode was amazing, and as someone else pointed out the I will beat you sometimes because it turns me on speech was amazing.

Easily one of my favorite episodes of both seasons.

Is Verinuses daughter going to hate pullo now? I kinda thought there would be a scene between the scumbag and her where he tells her he was using her and laughs at her or something so she realised she was wrong... guess not considering he has an axe in his chest.

Awesome episode. Has HBO mentioned anything about Season 3 yet? I can't believe they're only two more episodes. I really dont want it to be one of those deals where HBO waits a few years before they greenlight the 3rd season.

Pretty sure there will be no Season 3. If they were going to do it, they would have had to slow the timeframe down a lot this year. The first two seasons (from the forming of the first triumvirate to Actium) already covered 30 years.

Yeah. Excellent content with the perfect pace. The last few episodes felt like they were jamming 2 episodes into 1.

Soooo... WTF was up with wasting time on Timon the Jew for the last 3 episodes. He just meanders off to Jerusalem with his family???
