OK, what happened?

2+2 was down for three hours. Who pulled the plug?

I didn't know until 30 minutes ago. Once I knew it was down, it was a simple fix. But we're investigating what caused it so that it won't happen again.

Root cause has also been found and addressed. This should not happen again (soon.)

The 2+2 servers simply could not contain the awesome and overloaded.
