Default Zone Alarm. Allow VPN but block everything else?

How do I configure Zone Alarm Pro to allow all trafik through VPN but block everything else?

I assume it is on the Firewall - Expert tab.
Lets say that the IP address to the VPN server is 11.22.33.44

I have set up the following rules
ALLOW, Source ANY, Dest 11.22.33.44
ALLOW, Source 11.22.33.44, Dest ANY
BLOCK, Source ANY, Dest ANY

This allows my computer to connect to the VPN server, but not my applications regardless if I am using VPN or not.
If I remove the last line the applications can connect with or without VPN.

How do I add a rule that allow programs to connect through VPN, but not without it?

look at what connections it applies to.

it should block all the crap on your NIC, but not on your VPN connection. i think that's your problem

There'll be a keyword "OTHER" or similar that you can use instead of "ANY" in the last line.
