I think you're overestimating how big a calling station he is, unless you have more evidence than him calling you with a straight. I'd bet something more in the $25-30 range - I don't like to make people hem and haw to give away their money - I want them to think "hey that's an easy bet to call, I pay off."

I'd need more details about how you bluffed on the prior hand, especially whether or not your were this aggressive throughout, villain has yet to play back with anything like AQ/AK and won't put much more money in the pot so make it ~30-35 on the river.

I like. I dont see what he calls a value bet with. 7, no? If he has a 3, he calls the all-in, and an ace probably might too if he's a huge station.

Edit: Is villain aggressive at all, and would he raise a 3 on river if you valuebet?

I think this is ok, but I would probably just pot it on the river. Betting three streets looks pretty strong.

I don't like the river play as much because there's really no bluff that you can make him believe you're on. Not bad, but I'd rather just bet 50. He may well call, but when he does it's probably not bc he thinks you're bluffing.

I think I need more information here, has he called/seen you make bets like this in the past that would make him more inclined to call here?

Basically what I am getting at is the questions of does this bet maximize our EV. How often are we expecting villian to call this? Are we sacrificing anything by not making a 3/4-psb here?

Just pot and pray for a call.
