Limit Holdem 10/20 questions?
Been playing heads up holdem 10/20L these days and my results are about 50/50 win/losing sessions, the swings are to be expected but i am really trying to figure out how to beat this game with a proper bankroll of course. I'm the tighter thinking agro type who stands his ground and will not be pushed around but my ego does get in my way resulting in AK AQ type costly overplays. So, after reading this forum to learn as much as i can i have a few direct questions:
1- How do you beat or whats the best strategy against the loose passive fish who calls a flop bet with 28o with a board of kj9 while i'm holding AQ only to catch a 2 on 4th putting fish in check call showdown? You know this situation as i'm sure you all been there, all you get is high cards and fish is playing all and hitting some low pair all the time with no aggression nada. and how about the agro loose tricky fish? 2- Game Selection- as of now i just hop into any game thats available at party or WPX.... whats my best plan in this regard? Any direct help is appreciated and good luck out there....

If you want serious discussion, you might want to rephrase that in a way that isn't about how you should play when you know you're going to get sucked out on. Or you can move on to BBV and I can lock this thread.

that paticular game was at Party, but in general i play at WPEX, Party and Stars. I know i should bless the poker gods for that type of player but i guess it just a bad day, the dude hit everything with his rags and at heads it happens too much...
