Default Turn Bet?

Villian is 90/20

http://www.pokerhand.org/?886716

Sorry, could not get the converter to work

Should I have bet 1/2 pot or check behind on the turn to see a free card?

50/50 versus two pair, worst shape against a slowplayed set. But villian could have a pair and a low flush draw the way he had been playing.

Why o why is your question for this hand about the turn bet?

Edit: It's an easy bet. The only semi-real question in this hand is your river action which should be a fold. The rest of the hand is fine and standard.

Turn bet is fine and really standard and I don't agree with Piiop that the river is necessarily a fold. If he is at all aggro on the river I instacall.

Agreed. Hopefully I can get something from the timing of his river bet, but I'm calling>>>folding. He's a 90/20 who played his hand like a draw the entire way. I don't think trips leads out the river that often, so he's basically representing a boat which makes little sense with his line. Obviously I'm assuming he would've taken a more aggressive line with 2pair or a set on the flop, but I don't think that's a stretch for a 90/20.

What rempel said. Flop and turn are fine... river is too opponent dependent to really say without more information

He shoved immediately. Couldn't beat a 9, so I folded. Figured he slowplayed a set, since I was leading the betting with what he thought was maybe AAxx

or he was drawing with a j,10,9,x hand and hit trips then insta push to see if I would call w/ two pair.

or complete air, figuring it would be hard for AA to call here.

2 out of 3, I loose- so I folded.
