Default Party withholding $10 in all accounts?

I'm sorta frustrated by this, but it appears that party will not allow you to w/d the last $10 on your account.

I presume that if I were to close the account that it would be returned to me, but it seems a bit of a pain to do that every bonus period.

Have they stated a reason for this retainer?

I can live with the $10 deposit but it just doesn't feel right.

No, they dont withold 10$, they just dont let less than 10$ to be left in your account. If you try to withdraw your whole balance (also cents) it will go through.

I've tried to w/d my entire balance but not the last few cents...

i.e. say I have 77.11, if I try to withdraw 77, it says minimum $10.

Are you saying that if I w/d 77.11, they'll keep the $0.11 and let me withdraw that $10?

you have to w/d a minimum of $10... if you w/d $77.11, they'll send you $77, but keep the .11 in your balance as they don't w/d the change. Of course, they may allow the change to be withdrawn now... I'm really not sure
