Default Stars 2/4 64s in BB- value bet river?

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (5 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 2 folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, SB folds.

Turn: (4 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls.

River: (6 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks.

Final Pot: 6 BB

Villian is 25/7/.7 after about 160 hands. Basically tight and fairly passive.

I was hoping to receive feedback on this hand especially as to whether a value bet on the river is a good play here or not. I'm not sure if this is the kind of spot where I am missing value or not. Any other feedback on the hand is welcome also but I am particularly interested in peoples thoughts on my river play. I hate folding to raises on the river so I often check call in spots like these to "induce a bluff". Do I let people off to easy? My river aggression factor is much lower than my flop and turn aggression factors and don't know if this should be concerning or not.

vs. this weak villain c/c is the worst river line. you miss value when he has an unimproved ace and puts you on a flush draw, and he probably value bets 88-JJ when you check.

so yeah, c/f river.

i take check/see line on the flop as a default, but i could see this villain checking through a lot of hands he missed with, so i guess i like the donk.

i think it's super close, if there's any chance he calls with ace high you should bet. i think check/call is fine i really really doubt he has a pair here.

Seems like a thin value bet since he'll call with ace high often enough. Then again with him having a PFR of only 7 I think your behind most of his range. Check folding the turn is a viable option against this opponent.

"Check folding the turn is a viable option against this opponent."

no way. if you can't bet this turn just fold preflop.

Fire. It's worth it when he calls with A high and feel owned.

Value bet. I don't like c/c this river against such a passive player. So I rank it:

1. b/f
2. c/f
3. c/c
