Visa cashout from stars?!

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has cashed out $$ from stars onto their Visa? I went on a vacation and used my Visa for hotel, tickets, etc and decided to transfer the money to Visa from stars.

I requested this on monday, and it still hasn't gone through, has anyone else requested a Visa cashout? How long did it take? I've emailed stars and still haven't received a reply (obv backlogged from the crash yesterday). Thanks all,
