Cake Cashout US

Has anyone(US) made a successful cashout from Cake?

People report at the tables that their checks are not processed and on hold since February 6th.
Cake tells people now over 6 weeks that they will add epassporte, which didn't happen either.

If Cake doesn't have any cashout options for US, it is like playing with playmoney, but buying in for real money.

Shouldn't it be FIRST priority for a poker room implementing proper cashout options?
Obvioulsy if the reported facts are true, they just care about getting money, but don't want people cashing out any winning.

ummm.. you can't cash out on cake anymore? I didn't know that. I got a check on like Jan. 1 or something for a few grand. It cost me $35 and I got it in less than a week after it was processed.

You can cash out it just takes forever.

I am not aware of any US player that has seen any money from Cake since the beginning of February...and I've talked to quite a few.

I got a check around the middle of Feb. This lastest one has taken almost 30 days.

But CHEXX dropped the US market and now no CHEXX no checks .... I guess

But I don't think they are processing gambling checks anymore.

FWIW I have also been waiting to get a check from Cake. I was told Monday there should be a new processor. I hope so. I trust them as I have been communicating with Grummin off and on for most of Cake's existance. I think (hope?) it is just a processor issue.

As the OP mentions there are many people in chat that are having the same problem. It must be a priority to fix this as it will destroy the growth they have seen.

I've been told that payment processors of all types are priority #1 and have been for a while now.
