I like a fold here. Only because if OP's read is correct, maniac UTG is very likely to call to try to get lucky and triple up.

Our preferred scenario, button has AK, UTG has low pp.

Hand Win %
------------
Js Jh 45.41
Ks Ad 36.09
9c 9d 18.21

Possible "uh-oh" scenario, button has AK, UTG has QTs.
Js Jh 36.68
Ks Ad 37.47
Qc Tc 25.60

We are choosing to go to a showdown, probably 3-handed, and our best edge is 45%. Why is this an insta-push again? Isolating the maniac I like. Trying to showdown against another tight player trying to isolate maniac I don't like so much.

I forgot we're getting over 2:1 on our money if UTG calls, so 45% win is very profitable. But I think now that we have to get a call from UTG to make this a correct push.

In other words, let's take UTG out of the equation. What if everybody folds to button and he shoves. Is it still an instapush/call?

I only ask because OP says button has been "very tag." I guess that means nit (AA,KK,QQ,JJ,AK,AQ). Is playing JJ versus a nit every time profitable? JJ plays the same as 22's versus a nit, doesn't it? So heads-up, if we're playing JJ in this spot, we also play 22?

You're giving your opponents way too tight of a range.

Then what range are you giving to button here? I don't think he's doing this with 22-TT against super loose big stack who's liable to spite call any push with a face card. I'll give the button AJ also. That's the only hand we're dominating I think.
