Chances are you will find a better hand than this one in the next 4 hands before the BB. I would fold. Plus you're so short that it's more likely they will call. It might be better to push this if your stack was around 9000 (I still wouldn't) than with your stack at this level as you have more fold equity at 9000.

Well...yes he could find a better hand, let's say K7s or Ace4, in let's say 2 hands. Sure' they're better hands, but they will have to go through more people, and will be more likely to be dominated.

I push here.

I'm paraphrasing HOH here.

If there's a 50% chance the remaining players will fold, and if called you're likely to be a 2-1 underdog, then the correct move is to push all in.

So in this spot with this stack a push is a good idea, if called your odds of having 2 live cards are pretty high.

For arguments sake what were the previous 4 hands before this one?

Not saying I wouldn't push...but it depends.

If no one has entered the pot and your M is exactly 3 and there's a 50% chance the remaining players will fold, and if called you're likely to be a 2-1 underdog, then you can move all in with positive expectation.

So in this spot with this stack a push is a good idea, if called your odds of having 2 live cards are pretty high.

FYP

The problem is our M is only 2 which greatly reduces fold equity where much of the +EV comes from.
