It's really pretty impressive that Sony went from having the best console to the worst, it requires a lot of effort to come out with such a subpar product.

It is certainly not a subpar product. It could be argued its the best. What could be said is, its way too high in price and the marketing has sucked. also game support has been bad, but thats true of the first few months of all 3 of the new systems.
