Stack sizes?
On the turn, raise it up, no cheap river, this is quite often a diamond draw, especially from a villain with 51 VPIP Unfortunately, because he's donking around building a pot, you're probably going to have to push the turn to deny him the odds he needs and he'll probably fold to that. |

Fold preflop. Raise turn. Push, if stack sizes allow, and I think they do.
