This was an idea I came up with a few weeks ago. It's real estate agent related.
If you are not fimilar with that business let me explain.

There are lots of forclosures, builders, distressed sellers who offer selling bonuses. Many of these kinds of sales are not MLS listed. I think realtors would visit to search for property with a selling bonus. I have lots of local real estate knowledge and contacts to get things kicked off.

your pictures look pretty low quality. My guess is this had something to do with conversion. I'd change that especially since you are selling. Everything else looks fine to my quick glance.

Something about the large letters above the first picture just doesn't seem right to me...

I need to get a high res pic for the home page. Where is the best place for stock high resolution photos that won't cost me +$200?

The other pictures are the "listings" that will be uploaded by sellers. I won't be able to control those pictures. I can make sure the really bad don't show up as featured on the home page.

Now that you mention, it does look too much in your face. I'll work on that.

I am also looking for a place that could supply high quality real estate related content. Any ideas?
