UB rakeback question

I was looking at various sites listed in the faq here and noticed on one that tournament and sitngo fees are not included in rakeback. Is that just that one affiliate? If not why is it not included in rakeback? Just wondering since I mostly play tournies. Thanks.

It was Ultimate Bets choice to not include tournament fess in rake calculations. No affiliate can get you rakeback on tourney fees at UB
