Default can i fold this set 200nl?

I have played 20 hands with this guy he's been extremely passive. Stats on the 20 hands are 15/8/0.5. His turn raise was instanteneous.

I don't fold here especially with less than 100bb stacks...

what hand do you think is this guy slowplaying until turn. He was obviously planning on making his move on the turn. I really doubt he would do it with overpair given how drawy the flop is.

my read based on how the hand went (timing esp) was that i am beat 80% of the time. But then I was like wtf I have a set against a relative unknown.

I don't think it's ever correct to fold a set with less then 100BBs.
