If 2+2 disapeeered!?!

I'm just curious as to what other forum you would spend your time at if 2+2 just up and called it quits one day. Where would we all discuss Money Making and Business?

Honestly, the only reason I come here is because I started out in the MTT threads, and only recently gravitated towards trying to make money online without poker.

Also, I think the people in this forum are generally more intelligent and interesting to hear from than in some of the purely internet marketing forums.

I started in BBV and when Paradise stopped letting me play SNGS I had nothing to do. I stumbled across this forum and read up a little on adsense. The people in this forum have realy helped me make huge gains in my internet marketing knowlege. I dont know where I would go.

I was making big bucks playing 5 person SNGs. I realy wish Paradise was still up and running. That was the easiest money I have ever seen in my life.

No kidding. This year alone I've bought a car, a laptop, a PS3, a Wii, a week in vegas, and plenty of other bs I don't need from poker. I think I cleared 15k last year and close to 20k this year, playing maybe 5-10 hours a week. I'm nowhere near as ballin' as a lot of 2+2er's, but I'll definitely miss an extra 20k a year.

This new legislation is killing me.

I can still make money from poker because I have 3 casinos that are close bye, but online was crazy. I started my bankroll with $20 and playing 5 person SNGs got it up to 2K in a week. Try that at your local casino. Plus Im realy exited about my projects so I have been laying off poker.

I took a trip to vegas last month, did pretty well in the 1/2 nl cash games, sucked in the tournies though. I ended up down about $200 in poker, and over a grand for the whole trip, but it was fun.

I haven't played online since, and it sucks. It's mainly because I'm afraid I'll go to cash out after a tourney win one of these days and the feds will take my cash, so I've been concentrating on trying to learn internet marketing myself. I sure miss poker though.

If I dont know I will be able to get the cash I will not do it. I hope they get this all worked out and we will be able to have internet poker back to normal, but I dont see it happening.

I actually migrated here from the cardplayer forum. I learned a lot more here and it was a great way to pass time while playing.
