It looks ok to me with your read.

Re: $16: ITM HU...
With that read I think it's fine. When you say villain was raising every hand, I assume you mean 3x, not shoving. That could change things quite a bit as I'm obviously skeptical of someone who shoves 6 hands in a row, then min-raises or something.

Re: $16: ITM HU...
Meh. Instead of pushing something like this, I'd prefer to start raising trash on my SB and see what he does.

I like this push if you have a nitty image, like it seems you have.

Re: $16: ITM HU...
Maybe it's a leak but I tend to stray from the 10xBB rule heads up when the blinds are this high. In fact, I stray from the rule a lot. It's a good guideline for beginners but I feel you should learn to adapt to specific situations. I mean let's say you raise to 1800 next hand with absolute garbage, he pushes, you fold. You'd still have 4000 to work with. Still a workable push/fold stack.
But like I've mentioned before, it's been a while since I played regularly, maybe I'm rusty. |

Re: $16: ITM HU...
I think that generally speaking it's better to start pushing with > 10 bb than to not push with 10bb.
