First off I'm putting him on a set the whole time. I would've probably checked behind turn and check called river depending how much he bet.

Should I be sending him money?

Also does the fact that he's the worlds biggest douche bag change my decision at all?

You don't owe him anything but if he complains and you get your DP taken away it would be understandable IMO.

Dude no one intentionally disconnects after their opponent checks! If he went allin then there's a red flag, but DC'ing after a check seems ridiculous.

From what you said, you're not cheating, but if I were the villain in this hand, I'd be REALLY pissed. Like you said, it does look like blatant cheating, and if I were your opponent I would have reported it to the site, since he has no idea if you're trustworthy or not. And no of course you shouldn't send him any money. He wouldn't send you any if the situations were reversed.

it doesnt look like blatant cheating because he disconned when there was no freaking bet to him! Almost anyone who planned on cheating here would check behind and disconnect if facing a large river bet. Unless OP is some master strategist who is disconnecting ahead of time just to avoid arousing suspicion, then it really doesn't make any sense.

I have never once seen someone disconnect in a spot where there has been no bet to them, and suspected anything. Does anyone here have any specific example to the contrary?

Also, nobody seems to have seen you pull this before, myself included, so I think it's fair to give you the benefit of the doubt.
