WV Poker Starting in October!

Looks like the poker rooms in Chester and Wheeling will be up and running in October. An article in the local paper states that the WV Lottery commission will be ready by Nov 1st at the latest.

This supports a rumor I heard from a dealer that the Wheeling poker room will be opened in mid October.
