Party Poker Cash Out Options

Sorry if this has been answered before, I have not followed things closely for the last few months. I live in the US and have some money left (3K) over at Party that I would like to cash out. Which are the safest options given what happened to Neteller. Are US banks still cashing checks from Party. How about accepting wire transfers.
