Default Raisng from BB vs a steal

How good a hand do you neeed to reraise from BB vs a steal.

When you have a very good read on the stealer

Eg if the stealer steals 30 % of the time. It "normally" means he will steal with hands down to like
Ax, K9, Q9, J9, any pair.

Giving my loss of value from my bad position. how good a hand do i need to reraise.

Top 25 % meaning down to like AT/66 or do i need a better hand ? (pokerstove tells me I will be best 54 % of the time with AT but is that good enough)

You really don't have to have as much equity as you think, because alot of your profit comes from winning pots where you both don't hit any thing... and its alot easier to do this with the lead in the hand than without.. (although being out of position sucks).

Against a 30% stealer, I'll reraise with A8o+ A7s+ 55+ KQ,KJ, KTs. QJs, and maybe QJ off or JTs, T9s if the guy is relatively weak postflop. If I have a read that the stealer "fit or folds" at all, I'm gonna 3 bet any hand thats worth a call until he catches on.
