What Full Tilt Can Do For Me (Rant)

1) Hire some customer service people, so that when I send an email (or, alternately, repeated emails) to their "support" department, it will actually be answered.

2) Fix their effing servers, so I don't get disconnected at least 5 times per week. Sometimes 5 times per night.

3) Offer a fast, secure, and free way for me to withdraw money from their site.

4) When I "buy" a tournament token from the "ironman store", how about crediting it to my account immediately? Since the software is obviously capable of subtracting the number of medals that I spent immediately & all.

5) Fix their effing servers.

6) Offer cash and/or gift certificates in their FPP store. Electronics are an improvement, but kinda worthless when there isn't anything that you really want/need.

7) If you can't fix your effing servers, at least offer disconnect protection. I estimate that I am out in the area of $150 because of disconnects, which is a fairly substantial amount for someone playing 3/6 limit.

8) Explain to me why I shouldn't just take my 15k hands/month to PokerStars.
