does prima allow player transfers?

just wondering if prima allows player to player transfers, i didnt see that option anywhere on their site or software, but i thought maybe there was another way you had to do it. if anyone knows i would appreciate it. thanks.

you: is it possible to transfer funds to another player?
Nobuo: unfortunately
you: would it be possible to set up a transfer of funds to another player at some point?
Nobuo: unfortunately not
Nobuo: all the accounts are independent to each other
