Default 2pr vs straate

hes very agressive regular at 5-10 to 25-50 on stars. makes lot of steals/resteals preflop and puts a lot of pressure on his opponents when he's got the button.

as far as out of position i am not exactly sure how he plays because i rarely look him up when he check raises me or fires multi barrels out of position but i figures hes tighter out of position than with position.

10-20nl on stars game is 3 handed effective stacks 2k

i am playing pretty straightforward agressive poker for what its worth for a 10-20 game. i'm reraising from blidns a lot and rarely cold calling and raising lots of hands from button.

anyways i raise to 60 on button with 89, sb folds straate calls in bb

flop comes J 9 8 rainbow

he checks i bet 120 he raises to 350 i call

turn is a blankish card. i think it may have been a 6.

he leads for 720

if it was a 7 i fold, if it was a lower card i shove.
JJ would have reraised preflop, 99 or 88 are unlikely. he might have QT but i can see him taking this line with a lot of pair+openender hands, as well as complete air at least 20% of the time.

you say you had been folding to his check raises often, so you have no reason to know that he plans to fire full pot on a blank turn. also, you may boat up, which would make things easier (i.e., make it easier to go broke vs JJ )
