What is the ideal cash game stategy?

If you want a non-jackass response, try reading NLH:TAP, Ciffone's stuff, and theory of poker. You'll be in a place to ask better questions at that point.
Realize it's a process. We can't just explain it all to you in one thread, and I for one don't know what the "ideal cash game strategy" is in many situations.

Optimal strategy is a combination of both. New players can usually benefit from playing fewer hands. And aggression is generally good.

C'mon man! You are expecting for an optimal winning strategy to be conveyed here in a couple of lines??
If it could, 2+2 wouldn't be making much from book sales.
