If you want a non-jackass response, try reading NLH:TAP, Ciffone's stuff, and theory of poker. You'll be in a place to ask better questions at that point.
Realize it's a process. We can't just explain it all to you in one thread, and I for one don't know what the "ideal cash game strategy" is in many situations. |

Optimal strategy is a combination of both. New players can usually benefit from playing fewer hands. And aggression is generally good. |
