villian is unknow, as u are for him.

Eff stacks 50.

U raise to 4 mp he calls sb.

I'd pop it to 18, if he re-raises I fold, if he calls I evaluate the next street.

raise and call a push or call and bomb a safe looking turn (non club/A)

Fold to a significant bet. Call small donk bets. Bet if he checks.

That's why you raise on the flop. If you know he fires a 2nd bullet no point in calling here imo. Well, like you said, if he will donk bet the turn a call might be ok.
