Having trouble with poker tracker site

This moriing I tried to purchase pokertracker. I put in cc info and everything and now I'm waiting for a registration code. How long does this usually take. I would put this in thier forum but when I tried to register it said my email has been banned. I was surprised by that because I've never tried to sign up before. Also has anyone ever have trouble with thier support because I've sent 3-4 emails about some questions and I haven't recieved one response yet.

Jesus man. Give him a day or whatever, he does the codes manually, he's always been fairly efficient for me.

I've been sending him emails for about a week and a half just with some questions about poker tracker. It's allrigth he did send me the code so its allright now.

For instance, I load my HH for sngs and it doesn't display any $ amount from my tounrys. So it doesn't show like my amount won or how much the tournys were. Also can you datamine on stars.
