Default $100NL, is my turn check awful?

On the turn, I have 3 parameters I wanted to take into consideration

1)I don't want to give free cards
2)there's a good chance I am already toast
3)pot is big and I have only 1 PSB left.

but I didn't know how to make the right decision so I checked. After all I think it was a turn push.

This is one of the reasons why i use c/r in my HUD.

If he never/hardly c/r then i can try for value bet on river. Otherwise check behind for sure.

Check is fine on turn.

Villain has tight preflop tendencies and called a hell of a raise on the flop, then checked the turn and river. So I question what he calls a value bet here?

Very possible two pair made on river and scared to bet into it.

Only one two pair that I see him calling that type of a raise (given his stats), and that is QA. And does he call 1/2PSB with QA here? Other possibility is he had a lower flush/straight draw he couldn't get away from (didn't get there). Value bet here, I think, is very shaky.
