Click2pay : User locked?

I made withdraw to my click 2 pay account. When I logged into to see if the money had gotten there yet, it said "USER LOCKED" this window will close, etc.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I emailed support awhile ago but who knows if that will work.

Phone is better than email for a timely response. You'll undoubtedly need documents.

no the phone number for the US is 888-254-2729 even though its no longer listed on their website.
