Default TT 10/20 HU

So, after some hours of playing 3/6 with a player at the table (who had been running really bad) invites me to a 10/20 HU game. I take the offer and this hand occurs after like 50 hands. Hes been playing really aggressive and seems to be steaming.

I got T T in the bb and raise it up to 60 (bb has the advantage of position on party)
Villian calls

Flop: 5:s 6:s 5:c

i lead out for $111 villian calls.

Turn: 9:d

I bet $250 he minraise and i call.

River: 7:s

He shoves for about $1500 and i got him covered. What´s your move here and why.
