Default Help, How to stay focused and not go on Tilt.

Help, Just want to know what people do when they get rivered and want to stay focused, I have a problem, that when I get beat I play more loose, and in the end, I lose even more money.

Experience and time should help with that. If it doesn't you should quit playing. The best players in the bowl today do not have perfect stats, why should you?

Can you pm me the same ledfoot? Much appreciated

I tend to look at my PLAY, and assess its quality. If i get the $ all in with aa pf, i am happy to get busted by 75off, because i know i made the right long term play

I then calculate the approx % of the time I should win. Ie i took a bit of a beat the other night that stands out. In a tourney situation, I shove ak into a blind steal, who i just cover, and he calls with a8. Needless to say the turn was an 8. So, i just think, 'good play, i shoved into a probable stealer, i am waaaaay ahead of his range, and had great equity' I am crippled, and bust out soon after.

But who cares? I had loaded up another tourney when it happened, so concentrated ON SOMETHING THAT REALLY MATTERS, THE PLAY FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
