Default Help me with understanding King High calldown

I don't play this high... ever. But, I took a shot.
Click here to see how well that worked out

This hand still boggles my mind. I was playing fairly tight, so I just don't understand. Should I be looking for more spots to calldown with King High?

pf is standard
people like to peel flops, plus he might figure you will give up a lot so he calls flop
turn 'he checked to me, I bet.' Then eh called with flush draw
river its a double paired board at 100/200....

he had K of spades...of course he is gonna call your raise. I'm suprised he didn't 3 bet ya. He could have put you on a J, Q high flush draw on the turn and once the board paired up, he thought his busted K of s was still good enough to call. I think check raising the flop would have worked instead on the turn. CR flop, bet turn and river. He would have folded on the river............................................. .........................................I think.
