Default 5NL Queens - too loose, too passive?

BB just sat down.

History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($8.48)
BB ($2.24)
Hero ($5.88)
MP ($10.13)
CO ($1.79)
Button ($5.35)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.2</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB calls $0.18, BB calls $0.15.

Flop: ($0.60) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.3</font>, Hero calls $0.30, SB folds.

Turn: ($1.20) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.5</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $1.70

I think I would have cbet this just because the blinds are quite likely to be dodgy. Thoughts?

I called flop, hoping for a heart so I could semibluff + might have been ahead. Is that fair enough, or should i have raised or folded?

This is fine, the board is bad for your hand and you have nowhere to go

You could have folded the flop but calling the flop is ok too. Sometimes you can check it down after you call the flop.
