Help me Buy a Digital Camera

Got my digital camera stolen in Bolivia (worst part by far was losing the 150 pics I had taken on the trip).

Anyway, I'm looking at the Canon SD900 and would like to know if anyone has any experience with this camera, or has another to recommend.

I don't need the camera for anything special, just for casual photo taking.

I'm trying to decide what camera to get to take on my Europe trip. I think I'm going with the SD800 since it has a 28mm wide angle lens.
