200/400 hand i probably played very bad

there are 2 streets here that im unsure about.

villains hand almost certainly has to be kings cause he raised from EP and there were queens and jacks behind him. there are no dead aces at the table and like 1 dead low card. we are 8 handed.

i think i misplayed 4th but correctly played 5th. am i right?
