Default What do you think of my 401k fund?

As most people do, I have a limited amount of funds to choose from within my 401k. I wanted your guys opinion on the following fund. This fund looks to be made by comerica and I am thinking that it has a nice expense ratio.

Comerica Destination 2045
ER: 0.68%
80/20% domestic/internantional holdings

All assests are tied up in
Comerica S&P 500
Comerica S&P 600
Comerica S&P 400
Foreign Equity Fund

Does this mean they are wrapping these index funds of the s&P and charging?
I have 100% of my 401k in this plan, and a roth through vanguard.

Yes to the only sentence that ended with a question mark. It looks like the fund invests in other (index) funds.

I don't know if this is a good fund or not, given your options. What other choices do you have?

If you don't know what you are doing, or don't care to be involved with your allocation, it is probably the very best choice. If you have choices of the individual index funds, you might be able to make a better allocation, although you would have to rebalance it yourself every year or two.

ER 1 Year 3 Year 5 Year 10 Year
Janus Balanced JABAX 0.80% 10.56 9 6.6 9.7

Putnam Equity Income(A) PEYAX 0.98% 19.27 12.24 9.3 9.61
Fidelity Magellan FMAGX 0.56% 7.22 7.04 3.17 6.99
Munder Large-Cap Core Growth(K) MUSKX 1.46% 7.11 9.1 3.49 4.59
Janus Mid Cap Value(Inv) JMCVX 0.93% 15.25 14.61 12.76 N/A
AIM Mid Cap Core Equity(A) GTAGX 1.27% 11.1 10.75 8.95 10.57
Franklin Balance Sheet(A) FRBSX 0.91% 16.35 17.37 14.53 13.16
MFS New Discovery(A) MNDAX 1.47% 12.82 8.04 2.41 10.95
Munder Micro-Cap Equity(K) MMEKX 1.65% 6.46 13.27 13.27 18.06

I made a nice form with the available funds. I plan to put about 8-10k a year in my 401k. Any ideas? The commerica retirement fund above is just an s&P fund.

What do you think of Franklin Balance Sheet (A)?
