Yes you can.

Hand looks good. Doubt he has a six or a three, if he has a higher OP, then so be it. Since he's so short here, I think you're good enough times here to put him all in.

Since you posted this hand, I'm assuming he had you?

Okay good, ya without a solid read, I can't see you playing this any other way especially 4 handed.
With certain nits who I play with all the time (who know I'm tight) I may lay this down, but against an unknown I'm not.
