Stuff to take on Vacation

Well I'm heading off to Mexico in a few weeks. I always seem to forget things that would come in handy when I go on vacation. I've never been to Mexico but have been many other places in the Caribbean. I'm mainly going to be staying on the resort and relaxing on the beach, not really doing any traveling around.

So what stuff should I take that most people forget?
