If you think his range is wide, go ahead and push. Frequently the 4x raise from a LAG is supposed to try to scare you.

From what I've seen, 4x from LAG is not a premium hand at this stage. Looks like a small/medium pair, or a medium ace (A7-AT), or even something like KQ. The blinds are so big, I'm tempted to take the probable coinflip against the small pair here and push. Am I wrong in my thinking?

Your basically calling all in here because you have zero FE I would think. Of course the overlay helps and the big raise indicates that he doesnt have QQ-AA I would think. With AJ I would push. I think ATo is a fold.

Running it through ICM - for this to be a call (with a 0.3% min edge) Villain has to be pushing 17.5% or A2s+ A7o+ KQ+ and KTs+ according to SNGwiz. Although I think Villain pushes some hands not in there like QJ and not some in there (like A2s and as I have already said QQ+)

If you think he is that LAG then yes call, but I doubt that he is. Also, if you are a clear winning player at this level - I think calling for a 0.3% edge is a bit on the thin side. Id be more willing to (hopefully) push a mediocore hand from the SB next hand than call here.

to me this seemed like a small - med pocket pair. I did not think it was worth it, so I folded. Villain was not that loose (at least from what he showed down) his loosness was prolly from a run of goot cards.

I would never fold here.
