why is it that you have to send 3-4 emails to them over the space of 2 days before you get a reply?

i just sent a simple question about the feb poker bonus and am still waiting a reply after around 30 hours,sent 3 emails.

freakin useless,the sportsbook is even worse

Are you using Hotmail or Yahoo as your email? Because if
your not then theres a good chance that your emails are not
getting through. For some reason most of the major ISP's are
are blocked by their spam filters.

I've read through all these threads about how bad Bet365 are in dealing with bonuses. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones - I called them up once when it took more than two days to get a bonus and was credited with it within 15 minutes. Everything else has been done within a 2 day timeframe.

I have done the promo twice and both times received the bonus and confirming email within 24 hours of sending my request.

You aren't one of the lucky ones, you're one of the normal ones. A few crybabywhores have an axe to grind against Bet365 and have been spamming up the place for a month. Most ordinary people don't have a problem.

They won't let me just play AA, KK, QQ and collect a bonus any more. Waaahh! Waaahh!

bonuswhores also blacklisted the site based on them not following their own terms and conditions.

ps. i do aggree that calmjackal, who had an expensive problem with the site, went a little overboard in continuously responding to his own thread in the IGF (in his defense i think he stopped as soon as people started complaining).

just because you got a little tired of hearing about it does not mean that real and sustantial problems don't exist with how the site treats/treated many of it's players.
